Marie Guimar

Marie Guimar was a Japanese-Portuguese lady who had a significant influence on Thai cuisine during the Ayutthaya period, and we have named our restaurant after her because she represents an era of both tradition and change. Marie Guimar restaurant is on the 28th floor, and has been designed by Charif Lona, a Thailand-based interior designer with a daring sense of style. The menu perspective is to focus on freshness and the produce of local farmers, with organic ingredients and everything prepared fresh in the kitchen. Our selected dishes are authentic, ranging from ancient recipes through to exciting new tastes and styles that will appeal to modern diners. And yes, some of the dessert dishes for which the original Marie Guimar was renowned are available.
